Architecture as a Service
Architecture Practice
Our Architecture Practice not only consists of fundamental generic architects such as Enterprise and Solution Architects, but also more specialist and niche capabilities - Security and Infrastructure (Cloud and On-Premise). Running throughout the practice is the fundamental concept that our clients are able to engage known and trusted resource at the right time for the right duration.
Enterprise Architecture
Our Enterprise Architects have extensive experience supporting an organisation's business strategy through the leveraging of IT solutions and information.
With responsibility for IT Capability Strategy, our EAs deliver cost-effective IT architectures that are aligned with Business Strategy and Architectural principles. Typically, our EAs define the To-Be (and often missing As-Is) architecture landscapes and work alongside Project Managers to determine the most logical transition and transformation plans.
All of our Enterprise Architects draw experience from more technical backgrounds, the vast majority being TOGAF accredited, balancing technical skill and knowledge with project governance and design authority.
Solution Architecture
Our Solution Architecture practice is built on the core concept of ensuring that the correct solutions are delivered with the business. Whether it be reusing existing functionality and services or proposing new approaches, our Solution Architects ensure that the solution tightly aligns with the key organisation architectural principles, understanding As-Is and To-Be architectural landscapes.
Using clear communication to demonstrate technical integrity and consistency of the overall solution at each stage of its lifecycle.
Security Architecture
The Security of an IT System is integral to the ability of an Enterprise to outsmart would be cyber-attacks. Our Security Architecture Practice understands the fundamental principle that security is key to ensuring that the lights are kept on.
Our Associates have wide experience implementing cutting edge security principles and protocols, not only from a project perspective, but also ensuring these high levels of security are maintained across the organisation as a whole. We also provide services from world recognised ethical hacking Associates.
Infrastructure Architecture
Organisations considering, or in the process of embarking on a journey to cloud based services, have a challenge in that different skill sets are required of their resource when compared to traditional on-premise Infrastructure Architects. Our Associates have been central to both on-premise and cloud Azure and AWS environments; understanding the financial tipping points and technical nuances of the journey to cloud.
